When will we receive our items?
Your items will be available for download immediately after your purchase is complete.
✅ Once you pay for your purchase, you’ll be emailed a link to download the file or you can download it on Etsy by going to your “Purchases & Review” tab and selecting on this order!
❌ You won't be able to download them using the Etsy app. Files can only be downloaded through a browser, as the Etsy app does not support this feature.
The download button isn’t available. What should we do?
Sometimes there might be a delay in processing your payment, which can affect the availability of your files. Don’t worry - Etsy typically processes payments within a few hours!
Once your payment is processed, your files will be ready for download through Etsy.
Custom and personalized orders
If you checked out as a guest, your email receipt will include a download link. Simply click the link to access your files.
Will anything be shipped to us?
No, I don’t offer physical products. All of my planners and templates are digital. Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll instantly receive access to the downloadable files.
