Monogramming is in Times New Roman Font and the size is 22pt.

Before proceeding to the checkout please leave a message in the box provided and clearly state which letters you would like monogrammed.

Your order will be checked by us before we work on it, so if you've forgotten to include your desired monogram initials, either message us through Etsy or alternatively, we will contact you and ask for the missing details.

If we do not receive a reply from you within 48 hours, we will suggest what is best/popular for your item and complete the order or we will need to provide you with a refund if the order can't be completed (e.g no initials provided).

Always store your product in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Your leather product, monogram and metal hardware are sensitive to direct sunlight. Do not scratch your leather product and monogram against anything sharp as it may cause discolouration.

If your leather product comes into contact with water, use a dry cloth and gently wipe it.

Please do not attempt to pull on or move the 3D monogram as this may cause damage to both the bag and monogram.

All items are shipped within 3 - 5 business days. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. We do not have any control over delivery time once items are shipped, so please contact Australia Post directly for all delivery enquiries.

POUCHES, BAGS, PURSES & WALLETS - expect to receive your item within 2-6 business days (based on standard shipping).

MOUSEPADS, KEYRINGS, CARD HOLDERS, PASSPORT HOLDERS - shipped as standard letters (cheapest option with no tracking) and the estimated delivery time is anywhere between 10-25 business days.
