How do I download my files?
After purchase, Etsy will email you a download link. You can also access your files anytime under Your Account → Purchases → Download Files.
What’s included with my purchase?
Each listing will clearly state the sizes and formats included. Most wall art comes as high-resolution JPGs/PDFs in your selected size and invitations come with a Canva template link + instruction PDF.
Do I need special software to use your templates?
No, editable designs are created in Canva, which is free to use in your browser. You don’t need Canva Pro. Just click the link in the instructions file to edit your design.
Can I print these at home?
Yes! All files are high-resolution (300 DPI) and can be printed at home on standard paper. You can also print at local shops (Boots, Staples, etc.) or online printers (Vistaprint, Snapfish) for a more professional finish.
Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Because of the instant digital nature of these products, I can’t offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you have any issues with your files, please contact me I’m happy to help!
Can you customise a design for me?
Absolutely! Some listings are editable by you in Canva, but if you’d like further customisation, send me a message and I’ll let you know if it’s possible. There will be an additional fee for customised prints.
Are these for personal use only?
Yes, all designs are for personal use only. You may print them for yourself or as a gift, but they cannot be resold, redistributed or used commercially. You'll have to come up with your own squiggles for that!
What if I want a different size?
All of our prints come in multiple sizes, but if you need something specific, message me and I’ll try to accommodate.
Can I cancel my order?
Because files are delivered instantly, cancellations aren’t possible. Please message me if you need help with your download.
