1 out of 5 starsAfter 5 weeks of not receiving my item or any contact from the seller, I reached out. Days later the seller claimed they could not log into their Etsy so they did not see they had orders. A totally bogus excuse for awful lack of communication and bad customer service. Suddenly, I message the seller asking where my item I ordered is and magically they are able to log in and give me an excuse? Do not purchase from this shop!!!

Do you offer exchanges or returns?
If you are unhappy with an item or it arrives broken, please reach out so we can work towards a solution! I no longer offer refunds as this service has been abused, but I’m more than happy to offer discounts on future orders.
Sizing details
All Nuimo clothes are made to fit the general Nuimo size. As such, they may be looser on smaller Nuimos (e.g. Mickey, Minnie, Pooh) and tighter on larger Nuimos (e.g. Donald, Daisy). These products are either made with elastic, so they will fit all Nuimos, or made with Velcro, where you can select which Nuimo you are buying for.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
Some of my products are fragile, and they aren’t always handled with care. If your product arrives broken, please send me a message with a photo of the damaged product and I will send you a new one, free of charge! I’m so sorry if this happens to you. I’m doing my best to prevent it!
