Will my order have a tracking number? Do you offer shipping upgrades?
Orders with a subtotal under $20 will be shipped via USPS First Class with a stamp (no official USPS tracking number).
Orders over $20 will receive a USPS First-Class Tracking number.
USPS First Class Tracking is free. Upgrades for Priority (1-3 business days) & Priority Express (Next Day - 2 business days) are available for purchase at checkout.
What is the minimum quantity I can purchase? Do you offer samples?
STICKERS: Our minimum quantity of sticker is a pack of 10. Many customers use the 10-packs as sample packs. We do not offer 1 single sticker at this time.
LABELS ROLLS: Our minimum quantity of labels on a roll is 50. We also offer sample packs of labels, in which you would receive 2-5 labels.
What file type should I send?
Preferred File Types: AI, EPS, PDF, and PSD
Acceptable File Types: JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and SVG
Not Acceptable File Types: BMP, JIF, DOC, XLS, PPT, and RAR
Resolution: 300 DPI (dots per square inch)
We can print just about any file and resolution, but please send the absolute highest resolution you have for the best results!
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes! For in-between sizes, the next size up needs to be purchased (ie. For 2.5” stickers, select the 3” variation). For stickers larger than 6”, please message us.
Where do I send my logo/image/design after purchasing?

How do I make a tax-exemption purchase?
After purchasing, please contact Etsy Support and send them your tax-exemption form. They will review your documents and can refund the tax for you. Sellers are unable to assist with the tax refunds.
How do I re-order the same exact stickers again?
All orders must be manually placed by you, the buyer. You are more than welcome to place another order. In the personalization box, please specify that the purchase is for a re-order of a pervious design.
