1 out of 5 starsI have ordered a dozen medium shirts for my wife from multiple etsy vendors. They all fit. She loves them all. I ordered from this vendor. Is was micro sized. So I asked for a upsized replacement. I got it, but I had to pay for shipping to return the tiny one before the vendor would ship the replacement. The "large" size came in, it was also micro sized. It will cost more than another shirt, to have to return a second one now. Just don't order from this vendor.

We're sorry the replacement shirt did not meet your expectations. We'd like to clarify that this was a women's fitted-style T-shirt, not a standard unisex or regular-fit shirt. We specifically created this version at the customer's request. Fitted shirts are designed to have a closer, more tailored fit than traditional T-shirts. When the original Medium did not fit, we accepted the return and covered the cost of producing and shipping a replacement in Large. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any issue with the replacement until this review was posted. We made every effort to accommodate this special request and regret that the fit was still unsatisfactory. Customer satisfaction remains very important to our small business.
