Processing and Shipping
All items are made to order and produced especially for you after you place your order. Please allow for production time before the order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on location and any delays with the carrier.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or personal preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will provide a replacement or a suitable solution.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.
Since all items in this shop are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within a short period after purchase (before production begins). Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or an appropriate solution.
