Frequently asked questions

How long does dispatch take?

We aim to dispatch our items within 5 working days (this does not include weekends and bank holidays. Some items may have longer processing time) however during busy times this can take longer, so please allow a minimum of 5 working days for dispatch. When ordering multiples of an item please also bear in mind this can also take longer. If you need your item before a certain date then please contact us BEFORE making your purchase to ensure we can complete this for you. Once dispatched, delivery takes an estimated 2-3 working days, tracking details are provided on your dispatch email.
Evri will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the parcel to us, if your parcel gets returned you will need to pay for shipping again.

What are my business hours?

My business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any orders placed outside of these hours will be classed as being placed the next working day. If you are trying to contact me outside of these hours I will get back to you as soon as I can/the next business day. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in my business hours, orders placed during this time will be processed during my business hours above.

Returns and refunds

I do not offer returns on any of my items. Any returns on my non-personalised items can be made if and only there is a error with the order. Any agreed returns must be made within 2 weeks of delivery and you are fully responsible for the cost of return. Please note I recommend using a tracked service, if your return gets lost on its way to me, I cannot be held responsible and no refund can be made without me receiving the returned item. Please also ensure you properly repackage. No refunds can be made if items arrive damaged.

Any breakages or non arrival of your order must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date, after this date I cannot claim with the courier so I cannot offer any refunds or replacements.

When reporting any damages photographic evidence is required, without this we cannot
process any refunds or replacement.

If your parcel has not arrived please ensure you contact us within 10 days of when your item was dispatched. We fully track our parcels so once delivered the courier will provide us with a gps location and a photograph of where the parcel was left. If you have provided incorrect address details and the courier needs to return your parcel to us, you will be liable for reship costs.

Buying multiples of an item/bulk ordering

Please note due to the small margins in my profit I am unable to offer any discounts. However, I do only charge one lot of postage for any amount of an item. To take advantage of paying just one lot of postage, please make sure you add all the items to your shopping basket and check out with ALL the items together.

I need my item before a certain date

If you need your item to reach you in time for a certain date, then you must contact me via the message option BEFORE placing your order. This is to ensure I am able to meet the timescale required. My dispatch time is 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) which can increase during busy periods.
Please do not add this info as a note on the order as I do not see these notes until I start your order so will be unaware that you need your order prioritised. Please also note that, ALL dispatch and delivery dates are estimates only and courier delays can occasionally occur. I will do my best to help track your parcel should this happen, all I ask is for you to be polite and respect that courier delays are out of my control.

Custom and personalised orders

If you would like to custom one of my items, please contact me BEFORE placing your order. This is to ensure I can meet your requirements. The item that is in the photographs is the item you are ordering so please do NOT order and write in the personalisation box/notes to seller box your requirements if they are different to what’s photographed.
I.e. a complete change to the wording OR adding on dates etc if the photo does not show dates are included on the item.
Adding extra info that is not advertised, may lead to a delay in your order being dispatched as we will need you to confirm any changes.

Care instructions

I personalise using a high quality permanent vinyl, however non of my items are suitable for the dishwasher. They must be gently hand washed with care, and not left to soak in water.

For clothing or fabric items that have HTV vinyl please wash on a low heat, inside out. Never use any bleach, get dry cleaned or tumble dry and avoid fabric softeners. If you need to use an iron, ensure your item is inside out. NEVER iron directly over or on top of the design.

Disclaimer notes are added into every order.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I do not offer any gift wrapping/gift boxes or gifts tags with my items, this is to ensure I can keep my costs low so I can offer my gifts at affordable prices. Each item ordered is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and sent out in suitable packaging.

Delivery

Orders are sent via Evri, which is a trackable 2-3 working day service.
Please note that, ALL dispatch and delivery dates are estimates only and courier delays can occasionally occur. I will do my best to help track your parcel should this happen, all I ask is for you to be polite and respect that courier delays are out of my control.

Please note if you are ordering from Ireland, the Scottish highlands or any of the isle’s your order will be shipped via Royal Mail and your parcel will require a signature.

As stated in my listings, I can speed up my dispatch time as long as you make prior arrangements with me BEFORE ordering.
