The quality is amazing, and the personal touches like the cute stickers and handwritten note made it even better! The owner was wonderful to work with. I had seen her post about the keychain pockets on Instagram and reached out to ask if I could add two of them to my order. She sent photos, answered all my questions, and even helped me adjust my fanny pack design so it would better match the strawberry-patterned keychain pockets. So happy with my purchase.
