Customer relations are fine, but what bothered me was that I accidentally formatted the tablet on my computer so I couldn't copy a 4.4 GB video onto it even though the tablet has 8 GB of memory, and the software they installed was deleted and the computer no longer recognizes it. I paid 135 euros to customize the videobook and they have nothing to help me get it working. That seems a bit disorganized to me, honestly.

The video book cover came out great! I was not able to have the seller download the video. Christmas gift!
