5 out of 5 starsThe boots are made of “soft and supple” leather. The nail hobs in the sole are close to period accurate (but I won’t be wearing them on my laminate floors!) The fit is perfect and the price point was excellent.

4 out of 5 starsTheses are decent leather shoes for the money, that are passable for historic period shoes, but glued to soles rather than stitched so their lifetime will be short. Absolutely quality enough for the odd event throughout the year etc but if you are looking for shoes to do day after day, and last 10years, invest in handsticthed ones you can resole once a year.

4 out of 5 starsit was described als "Leather" but im not sure if its only "Leather" because it seems to be a combination of leather and syntethic material so im not sure if it will be durable as full leather. But in the end thats not problematic. the real problem are the press studs. they are not working. I push them in and the most delicate touch and it snaps open. i cant even walk one stept in them without the opening themselfs
