Most items have a 3-5 Day processing time. This is the time it takes me to make and prepare your item(s). A lot of the time, it is shorter than 3-5 Days! Your order will go out as soon as possible! If you need your order rushed, please message me for availability.

USPS Delays and Losses are out of my control. I do my very best to ship by the ship by date in your invoice (and it almost always goes out before!), but delivery issues are out of my control once it leaves my hands.

Sometimes packages get send back to us because Customer wrote their address incorrectly. We will reship them to new address but there will an charge for shipping since the first time we ship was Free Shipping we can not afford to reship it for Free.

Custom orders will be sent to you before printing, so you can approve them through our online system. You are also responsible for making sure the submitted design is correct, check the spelling, punctuation, data and names, as we will not be responsible for any errors once printed, and this may incur an additional printing fee.

It is important to note that we print using a professional Digital Printing Press. This means that because of the process the colors on your design may vary slightly from what you are seeing on screen. It can also depend on what resolution or brand monitor you use as to the color variation.
