Thecovers are made based on metric system and there could be up to 1cm difference in size from cm to inches.
Also sometimes I may make the cover slightly larger to show a bit more of the pattern. The small size differences are not accepted as faulty item.

Each item comes with a care lable attached. To avoid damage during cleaning, please follow the care instructions or contact me.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

If you change your mind after receiving an item, you may ask for exchanging the item and if the replacement is available, we will let you know to ship the item back. The cost of shipping for return and the new item is paid by the client.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged.
