This 30" long hot cold pack shoulder wrap is perfect to warm or cool whatever needs attention - from sheets to sore muscles. Reusable and microwavable. When not being used for warmth, it can be popped in the freezer for a future cold pack for bumps and bruises. Great for migraine relief, spa therapy, boo boo bag, therapeutic pack or heating pad. The cover is removable for easy cleaning.

This pack measures 30" (76.2cm) long x 6" (15.2cm) wide. The lining has 10 channels filled with 1/2 cup of rice in each.

To use as a warmer, microwave for a maximum of 60 seconds at a time to prevent burning. For moist heat, lightly spritz the rice pack with water before heating. Warmth will be retained for approximately 1 hour. Test the temperature of the warmer before giving to small children or placing next to bare skin.

To use as an ice pack, place in plastic bag and put in freezer until cold. Place cold rice bag on bump or bruise as needed.

Made from 100% cotton flannel fabric with a flannel lining and filled with uncooked brown rice. No essentials oils or scents have been added - it is just rice in each pack. Remove cover for cleaning - do not immerse the rice pack, itself, in water.
