Custom orders are welcome. Please convo me. I would be happy to create new stuff that suits your ideas.

Each listing contains the information about the size. If you'd like to have a thing of another size please convo me.

In case of return or exchange of the goods please pay attention that Buyer pays for the return shipment (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale).

Please ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office, or requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees. Only after the Seller gets the parcel back the Buyer can get the refund. The refund amount will be reduced by all the transport service commissions, PayPal and Etsy fees.

If you items did not arrive within 45 days,contact me and i will log an inverstigation through Ukrainian Post .If the package is officially recognized lost,100% refund is guaranteed. It takes 1-2 months to review the request.

Please note, shipping time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee that items will be received by a certain date - it's out of your control. The transit time will also be affected by any busy season (e.g. Christmas) or your local holidays.

Request a cancellation within: 3 hours of purchase. You must understand, that the amount to be refunded will be minus 5-10% of the initial transfer.

Custom and personalized orders

The ordering process is quite simple: Step 1: You send me a photo/scan of your drawing or any other picture, project, a print screen you find useful as to be used as visual support while making the toy). Give me all details about the toy! Step 2: I will send you the final price (including the shipping) and if You are OK with it, I will make a listing for your toy, please make an order and pay. Step 3: After I receive the payment, I begin to work on a unique plushie. I need about 2 - 4 weeks to find the fabrics and to sew the toy.I might have some orders in the queue waiting to be done.I will report real time. Step 4: I show you the pictures of the final product. Step 5: In 1 - 3 days I sent the toy out to you. Step 6: I give you the track

Please note all my items are handmade by me and are made in single piece only, except client want different. All designs are made from arrived drawings.All my items are made to order and I don't have them ready to ship. I need about 5-14 days to find the fabricks and to sew the toy.sometimes it can take longer. It depends on the: queue of orders, the availability of materials,the complexity of the work. Ask for the real timing.

Worldwide shipping will be handled by Registered Air Mail and it will take 14-60 days to ship.
