How do I get rid of the burnt wood smell?

Since these items are laser-cut from wood, there may be a strong burnt smell. We highly recommend laying out your laser-cut items in a flat layer (along with the bag) to air dry for approximately a day. Combined with use over time, the burnt smell will dissipate almost completely.

Can I replace/switch out part of my order for other items?

Once an order is placed for our stock items and sets, we are unable to replace/switch any part of them as we do our best to keep inventory on hand. If you wish to change any counters in any sets, please message us prior to placing your order and we will create a customized listing for you in order to create the set you need. Notes left at checkout to replace counters cannot be fulfilled.
