If your order is return to me because of the incorrect address, I will send you a message asking for the correct mailing address along with a link to purchase a new shipping label. HangingWithTheBride will not cover the charge to resend a package due to the wrong address that was submitted with the order. The package will be discarded after 3 months from the day I contact the customer.

Refunds are only available if the product had a shop-responsible mistake and we are contacted within 2 days of delivery date. Any mistake made in the shop notes or customization by the customer is non-refundable. Refunds are also available if the package is "lost" in delivery. This means that the tracking says delivered, but the package was not received by the customer.

These are phenomenal! I was so excited to get these, but they did take a WHILE to arrive. Do not wait until the last minute to order these. My order may have been pushed off because I didn't need them right away (October 2024 bride), which is fine, just an FYI. I seriously couldn't be happier with how these turned out!
