This beautiful ceramic mug features my original watercolor paintings of five hallucinogenic Psilocybe mushroom species: Psilocybe azurescens, P. ovoideocystidiata, P. cubensis, P. semilanceata (liberty cap), and P. cyanescens (wavy cap). Each species also has its scientific name printed underneath. I am a mushroom hunter and scientific illustrator, so each mushroom is painted with precision and accuracy to show the lovely details of each species. This is a perfect gift for mycologists and shroom lovers.

All paintings are works of original art by myself, Julie Johnson.

I LOVE the artist’s scientific drawings of psychedelic mushrooms. They are the main attraction on this mug, as to be expected! No complaints. It’s a simple, mushroom focused mug. Personal preference (and I’m not a private business owner) I guess I just wish the artist might use white mugs from elsewhere other than China. It’d a huge stamp on the bottom of the mug. I love the mug design by the artist, it’s gorgeous.
