When will I receive my order?

Processing times for each item are subject to change depending on the volume and time of the year. Please note the processing time is a lot longer during holidays such as Christmas. Processing is the time it takes me to create your order and send it in to be placed in the printing and packing queue. Items will ship AFTER the processing is complete. Actual Delivery of your item could take several days once it’s shipped (even longer with the current pandemic). My products are printed and shipped from Pennsylvania.

Do you accept cancellations?

I do not accept cancellations for any reason, except if you accidentally ordered the same order twice. I do not accept returns but I’m happy to replace your item for free if it arrives damaged or the printing is defective or if you receive the wrong item. I do require photos of damaged or defective products before I send a replacement. However, if you enter the wrong address on your order, and it either gets returned to sender or delivered to the address on the order, I will not resend the item again for free.

I do not give refunds for items that are delayed due to USPS delays. Please note that present conditions at USPS are creating unprecedented delays, and that you may have to wait a significantly longer time for your package than what is typical.

Can you enclose gift notes with my order?

I'm sorry but I cannot enclose gift notes with orders.

Is there a guarantee that I will receive my item by a certain date?

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee delivery on or before a date that you request when you choose regular shipping. The delivery dates on your invoice are ESTIMATED dates by Etsy. Due to the unpredictability of the post office, busier holiday seasons, weather, and other factors such as shortage of staff, I simply cannot promise something that is out of my control. Further, with the current pandemic, I might update the estimated shipping date.

Where are my items processed and shipped from?

All 11 oz, 15 oz, White and Black Mugs, 11 oz. two tone mugs are all printed and shipped by my production partner in Pennsylvania. I am based in the Czech Republic but in order not to confuse buyers my shop location is set to Bristol, Pennsylvania because my production partner is based there.

Do you have another Etsy shop?
