Frequently asked questions
Are these digital products, and how do I receive them?
Yes, all BundleStack products are 100% digital. Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download directly through Etsy, no shipping, no waiting. You'll also receive a download link via email from Etsy.
What file formats do your products come in?
This depends on the product. Templates, playbooks, and calculators are typically delivered as Excel (.xlsx), PDF, or editable document files, depending on the listing. Each listing specifies exact file formats and compatible software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Canva) in the description. Please check before purchasing if you need a specific format.
Can I edit or customize the templates/calculators?
Most products are fully editable. You can adjust colors, text, branding, and formulas to match your own business. Some products (like PDF guides or ebooks) are for reading/reference only and aren't editable. Each listing notes whether a product is editable or fixed-format.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Because our products are instant-download digital files, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, in line with Etsy's digital item policy. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong file, broken formula, etc.), message us directly. We're happy to fix it or resend the correct file.
Can I use these products for my own clients or resell them?
Our products are licensed for your own personal or business use (e.g., using a template for your own client work) but may not be resold, redistributed, or shared as-is as your own digital product. If you're unsure whether your specific use case is covered, feel free to message us before purchasing.
