I didn’t create TheCapacityStudio because I have ADHD.
I created it because I watched people I care about (brilliant, creative, deeply capable people) spend years believing they were broken.
They weren’t broken. They were exhausted. Exhausted from using systems built for a completely different kind of brain. Exhausted from trying harder when what they needed was something different entirely.
Every product in this shop was built around a single question: what would actually help an ADHD brain feel relief right now?
Not a prettier planner. Not another color-coded system that falls apart by Wednesday. Not more productivity advice wrapped in pastel.
Real relief. The kind that comes from finally having somewhere to put everything your brain is carrying. From having the words ready when yours disappear. From reading a permission slip at 2am and feeling your nervous system unclench, just a little.
This is not a productivity shop.
It’s a place for the ADHD adults who are done being told to try harder. Who know they’re capable. Who just need tools that were actually built for them.

I can absolutely see this being a wonderful tool for the ADHD community however as someone just starting out I think I'd need to spend a little time really reading and understanding as it did feel a little overwhelming at first! Great tool and I can't wait to be able to use it to it's full potential!

How do I receive my files?
Your files are delivered instantly and automatically via Etsy as soon as your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a download link directly in your Etsy account under “Purchases and Reviews.” No waiting, no shipping.
What format are the files?
All products are PDF files, compatible with any device phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. You can use them digitally or print them at home. No special software required.
Can I get a refund?

Do I need to print these or can I use them digitally?
Both work perfectly. The PDFs are designed to be used digitally on any device, or printed at home on standard A4 or Letter paper. Many people keep them on their phone for easy access.
Will this work for me if I’m newly diagnosed?
Absolutely, these tools were designed for exactly where you are. You don’t need to understand your ADHD perfectly to start using them. Everything is explained, everything is optional, and there’s no right or wrong way to use any of it. Start with whatever feels most relevant today.
