Recipe is easy to follow, dough is easy to work with and the bread is very tasty and soft. I’ve been baking gluten free for 16 years and this is the best yeasted bread recipe I’ve ever found.

This recipe does everything it says it does. It makes a tasty, flaky gluten free pastry suitable for a pie crust with 5-6 ingredients and very little fuss. I'm making a sichuan cumin lamb pie with it right now!

Recipes for gluten free food everyone can enjoy!

I had always loved eating bread and searching out bakeries. I started baking regular bread when I was a university student. In 2006 I had to change to a gluten free diet for medical reasons. So, I started working out how to make good gluten free bread. It took quite a while to work out a good approach. Eventually I worked out my first recipe for gluten free bread, that was my Chia and Poppy Seed Bread..

Friends who knew about my hobby urged me to make my recipes for gluten free baked goods available. I knew the recipes suited me, but did not realize how significant it might be for many other people if they could make bread, pastry and pasta that is reliable and repeatable, and tastes really good.

After my early sales and the brilliant feedback I began to see I was developing recipes that others could really benefit from. Now I love hearing stories from my customers who have regained the simple joy of being able to make bread that is safe to eat, and good enough to share without awkwardness or shame!
