All UK orders are sent 1st class and International orders are sent Standard International. They are not tracked. If you would like to track your order, please choose the tracked option at checkout. I may add tracking for free for larger orders.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs including re shipping costs when an order is returned or undelivered to the address supplied.

Hoops are packed in small grip seal bags with instructions in a small paper envelope.
Ear cuffs are packed in small boxes with instructions in a recyclable bubble envelope.
We maximize the use of recyclable materials in all our packaging and do not include packing slips or invoices in any orders.

All hoops are made of 925 Sterling Silver, 935 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold filled and 14k Rose Gold filled.
Ear cuffs are mainly made of Silver plated, Gold plated, Copper, Brass or Rose Gold coloured wire. Options are on each listing if they are available in 925 Sterling Silver, 935 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold filled and 14k Rose Gold filled.

925 Sterling silver contains 92.5% by weight of pure silver and 7.5% by weight of other metals, usually copper. Pure or Fine Silver (999) is too soft for jewellery. This is why we use 925 Sterling silver. 925 Sterling silver is nickel free.
925 Silver will tarnish but can be cleaned easily with a silver polishing cloth. It should only be worn in fully healed piercings. Jewellery worn in an unhealed piercing will tarnish quickly and we can not be held responsible for tarnishing caused by incorrect care of jewellery.

935 Argentium Silver contains 93.5% by weight of pure silver and some of the copper is replaced with germanium making it a more durable brighter-white sterling silver that resists tarnish, everyday scratches and dents, and keeps on shining. 935 Argentium silver is nickel free and hypoallergenic.

Gold filled jewellery contains an actual layer of gold that’s “pressure bonded” on to a core metal using pressure and heat. Gold filled pieces feature 1/20th of gold by weight and is not to be confused with Gold plated. Gold filled has a much thicker layer of gold than gold plated. Therefor can be worn by those with metal sensitive skin. The thick layer of gold wont wear of fade as it does with plated jewellery. This is the next best thing to solid gold.

To determine the size of your hoop, measure the line from your piercing to the outside of your ear lobe if you want it to be snug or add a few mm’s if you want your hoop larger. You are measuring the inner diameter of the hoop.
All earrings are made with the standard 20g (0.8mm) thickness, except for some listings where you can choose 20 or 18 gauge.
20 gauge is thinner and is easy to open and close, 18 gauge is much thicker and is harder to open and close.

Hoops are intimate items and for health and hygiene reasons cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or taken out of the packaging.
If you haven't opened the packaging and will need to exchange, you must notify me within 14 days with a picture of the unopened item.
Ear cuffs are pictured and described as best as possible. We make them to order so we won't accept returns as we won't resell an item that has possibly been tried on or worn.
We will however, adjust to fit or fix a delivery damaged item and send it back as long as you contact us right after delivery and it is immediately sent back.
The buyer pays return postage.

Avoid contact with perfumes, hairsprays or other chemicals, which can cause your jewellery, being silver or plated to tarnish and discolour.
Store your jewellery in the grip seal bag provided or airtight bag or container when not being worn.
Silver jewellery can tarnish over time. Clean gently by using a silver polishing cloth.
