Description: 1930s/40s black and cream wave print dress. Thin rayon. Semi-sheer. Short sleeves with pleated shoulders. It has small shoulder pads. Pull-on with no closures. Surplice bodice with a V neckline.

Condition: In fair condition. It has a few small spots. It originally had a belt that is missing. It has a few small runs, and some small holes. There a some slightly stressed seams. Laundered.
