Suranga was so great to work with. He answered all my questions about different rings, and then worked with me to create a custom design that was exactly what I’d been picturing in my head. He was very communicative throughout the process. He shared videos of the sapphire I was considering, and detailed renderings of the ring before he created it, giving me a chance to approve it first. I appreciated too that he designed the setting to work with my existing bands. I was originally a bit worried about going down the custom route, but I’m so glad I did.
