How long does shipping take?

We prepare the shipment in 10 business days, If you are in the US and Canada it will take 8-15 business days (Correos). Are these pieces really silver?

Yes, all our pieces of silver are made with solid 925 sterling silver, it's the best silver quality that exists. Of course all the pieces are Nickel free and without Rhodium.

The golden pieces, what are they made of?

The pieces of golden color are made of solid Bronze, and the closing of the earring are made of sterling silver. Thus, the part that enters the hole of the ear is always silver.

Are they really hand made?

Yes they are! Always! Alex and I (Silvia) are designers and silversmith handcrafters. Each of our pieces begins with a drawing or an inspiring idea. Then we make them by hand in our workshop in Barcelona. From our hands to yours.

Are the pearls and stones natural?

Yes, the materials we use are always natural, we do not use plastics. Pearls are freshwater pearls and stones are natural; Jade (green), amethyst (purple), carnelian (red), onyx (black).

Can the size of the rings be adapted?

Yes, they are adjustable. All the rings we make are open, so the size can be easily changed, just squeezing gently. Before ordering it, tell us your finger size. We'll send to you the ring in your size and then if you want to change it, you can do it.

How do I clean the items?.

To clean the jewels, silver and bronze, we use a simple and quick method: an eraser! Yes, yes, what you read, a soft pencil eraser. If you rub with this eraser, the piece can be clean and give it the original shine. Of course any other more traditional cleaning method are valid. Many people use toothpaste, soap, baking soda, or the always useful wipes or special liquids to clean metals.

Please, it's very important if you make an order, that you provide us with a contact phone number. We make our international fast shipments by courier service (DHL) and the company demands it from us. If we don't have a contact phone, we will NOT make the shipment. Your phone is confidential. It will only be used by the courier company to contact you if necessary.

Any extra shipping will have additional cost. For example, if an order is returned and the buyer wishes to receive it anyway in the same or a different address, he will have to pay the shipping price. Lost packages and delays by shipping companies are not our responsibility, but we will help you in any way possible to solve the problem. If for any reason you do not want to keep the order once you receive it, you will have to return it to us for a parcial refund. Please read carefully the returns section, just below.

REFUNDS & Handling and Shipping cost

We will not make any refunds when: -The order is in transit or -Until the order has been returned and is in good condition. IMPORTANT: If the order is returned to us due to customer error, because the address is not correct or the package has not been claimed within the time limit established by each shipping company, only a part of the order will be refunded, subtracting 10€ as shipping and handling costs. Example for this case: if your order costs 40€, the refund will be 30€. Please, check that your shipping info is correct and do not miss any notice that you may receive if you are waiting for a package. *This will also apply to cases where once the package is received, you do not wish to keep the order.
