1. Download - Once payment has been confirmed you will receive a download link via email (or check your purchases at https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases).
2. Open - Open up the zip file containing the PDF files. Then open the PDF file(s) in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free from here: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/).
3. Edit - Type into the editable fields (or print out and fill the sheet out by hand).
4. Print - Save your edits, then print!

- Please note that colours will likely appear brighter on screen than when printed due to the screen backlight
- For best results, print in "high quality" and choose the "actual size" option
