These custom portraits will be hand-drawn from digital pictures using high quality acrylic paint pens. It will be one-of-a kind, making it a unique and special gift!

KEYCHAIN DETAIL
• Keychain Width: 1-inch
• Keychain Height: 2.25-inch
• Keychain Finish: UV Resin (Glossy)
• The actual colors of the item may vary from your screen.

ORDERING
1. After placing your order, send me an Etsy message with the picture along with its color details (hair/skin color) if the photo is unclear. Please do this within 3 days of purchase to avoid delays and/or refunding your order. Note: Pictures of half or full body looks best! If you are unsure of your photo, I can work with you to find the best option.
2. Enjoy the keychain!

HOW DO I SEND MY PHOTO?
Once you have placed the order, please send me a direct message with your order number and the photo you'd like to be recreated.

PROCESSING TIME
Creating the artwork and final keychain making production can take up to 2 weeks. Please plan accordingly. If you have any concern about the processing time, please feel free to contact me before placing your order or you can check out the "RUSH MY ORDER" listing I have so you can receive your order faster.

DISCLAIMER
• If you do not send me a photo within 3 days of purchasing, your order will be refunded.
• Photos that are not of high quality, have bad lighting, backlit, blurry, etc. may result in inaccurate coloration of photo details. If you'd like to avoid this, please message me the color details (including but not limited to hair color, skin color, outfit colors, etc.) along with your photo.
• If I message you to clarify some photo details and you do not respond in a timely manner (2 days), I will take creative liberty to best reflect the photo you sent me. Unfortunately, refunds will not be given if you are unsatisfied with details that were not previously mentioned.
• I have a select range of colors. Colors outside of my range will be best matched with what I have.
• UNSOLICITED PHOTOS/INAPPROPRIATE PHOTOS (nudes of genitals, etc) will result in immediate order cancellation without a refund and your message/profile will be reported.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENT
Refunds cannot be given on the following:
• Items damaged in shipment or error in shipment*
• Items lost or stolen, including items lost in the mail or delayed by the post office*
• Dissatisfaction with size or fit of the item
• Dissatisfaction with keychain + colors used
• Items damaged after 1 month of receiving your order


*Please file with USPS for this unfortunate event.

However, if a mistake has been made on my part, I will gladly offer replacement keychains.
