5 out of 5 starsThe item matched the description. The only bad thing about it was that it smelled horrible for a couple days. Other that I do recommend!

5 out of 5 starsI bought multiple taxidermy animals from the seller and they all arrived very safe and sound with no damage. There is a little bit of missing feathers on my yellow cockatiel on the chest, but besides that it’s in great condition!

Shipping Time for Specimen Orders
Thank you for choosing our shop! Due to the nature of specimen products, such as their unique sourcing and the intricate processes involved (like drying, bleaching, and preserving), order preparation typically takes two to three days.. Each specimen requires time for careful preparation to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Please rest assured, we are working diligently to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding!
Handling Fragile Specimens (Especially Butterflies and Moths)
Butterfly and moth specimens are incredibly delicate and require careful handling. When removing or displaying them, avoid touching their wings or antennae, as these parts are highly fragile and can easily be damaged. We recommend handling the specimen with gloves or using soft tools if necessary. A gentle touch goes a long way in preserving the beauty of these intricate creatures!
Caution with Animal Specimens (Rabbits, Ducks, etc.)
Animal specimens, such as rabbits, ducks, and other small creatures, can have sharp parts like claws, beaks, or spines, which are fixed in place but can still be potentially hazardous. Please handle these items with care to avoid injury. Always take extra caution when moving or adjusting these specimens, especially around their sharp features. While beautifully preserved, these parts remain very pointed and can cause scratches or cuts.
What should I do if I’m happy with my specimen or if I have concerns?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are pleased with your purchase, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to leave a positive review. It means the world to us and helps us grow our small business!
If, however, you encounter any issues or concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We promise to respond within 24 hours with a solution that ensures your complete satisfaction. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us provide the best possible service.
How will my specimen be packaged to ensure it arrives safely?
Each specimen is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition. We use high-quality protective materials, including bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and custom inserts, to keep fragile specimens safe during transit. For more delicate items like butterflies or small animal specimens, we make sure they are securely placed to avoid any movement during shipping. Your specimen’s safety is our priority!
What if my specimen arrives damaged or broken?
We take great care in packaging and shipping your specimen, but if something happens during transit, please contact us immediately. We will ask for pictures of the damaged item and packaging to assess the situation. We will either offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. We’re committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase and will resolve any issues promptly.
Can I place my specimen outside or in direct sunlight?
We highly recommend keeping your specimen in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or high humidity. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading and deterioration, particularly for delicate items like butterflies, moths, and certain animal specimens. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your collection, we suggest displaying your specimens in shadowed areas or using UV-protective glass for display cases.
