Although there were a few issues with scratches initially, their customer service was excellent—they handled everything promptly and made sure it was resolved. I used the baton to symbolically “pass” on my role to a supervisor as I transitioned into a new position. Presenting it during a meeting created a truly beautiful and meaningful moment. The team loved them! He was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make the design look great. Shipping was a day late, but that was a post office screw up, not the business. Wouldn't have minded paying extra for expedited shipping though.

GREAT COACH GIFT! I very much enjoy working with this seller. This is the second time I worked with them and they remembered me and had my logo ready to go. They even snuck in an extra gift the second time. Maybe for all my referrals to other parents b/c I was so pleased. lol
