Do you take customised and personalised orders?

What is going to happen if I did not pick up the package and it was returned to the sender?
In the event that the package was returned to me due to your failure to collect it, the funds will not be reimbursed.
Are customs duties, fees and import taxes are included in the price?
For customers in the US, any applicable fees are already included at checkout, so you will not need to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For other countries, the necessary fees are usually collected in advance as well, especially for destinations such as the UK, Switzerland, and Norway.
If you are located outside the European Union and Etsy did not collect import tax at checkout, additional customs duties or taxes may apply when your parcel arrives. This depends on your country’s customs regulations.
In most cases, low-value parcels are not subject to additional import charges.
Please note that we have no control over customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country’s authorities.
Do you accept exchanges and returns?
I accept returns, however, you must notify me within 3 days of receiving the package and provide a reason for the return. The item must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery date.
Refunds will be processed after I receive the returned item.
The refund amount will exclude shipping costs.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Payment for digital files (STL) is non-refundable after purchase.
What do I do If the parcel is delayed?
According to the law, the Post has a response period of 30-90 days during which the package will either be located and delivered to you or recognized as lost. If the package is declared lost, you will receive a full refund of the order amount. Please note that all the dates are approximate and beyond my control as I rely on the Postal Service to deliver the package. If the package is eventually located and delivered to you, but after a significant delay, no refund will be issued in that case.
What is your Cancellation policy?
I can accept cancellation within 2 hours of purchase. The exception is products with personalization.
What should I do if the item is damaged during shipment?
If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or with missing contents, you must report it immediately to the courier or at the post office when receiving it. This is required for any claim.
Please note that if you accept a damaged parcel and do not report the issue right away to the courier or post office, I will not be able to provide compensation.
What kind of delivery you offer?
We offer Standard shipping delivery method. Standard shipment does not have an exact guaranteed manner of delivery in the destination country to recipient's home address. The shipments are generally delivered to the pick-up point of the address of the recipient or it can be also delivered to the recipient's home address. Please note that it is beyond my control as Postal Service control this by itself.
