There were issues with tracking on my order, which Ryan attended to reassuring me that it was coming, and noting he would send out another should there be any issues. The sticker did arrive exactly when he told me it likely would, and he took the initiative to reach out and make sure it had gotten delivered. 5 stars for running a business the way businesses should be run!
