FourElements BeadWorks; "Painting" the world around me with Gemstone Beads!
Hace muchos años, cuando mis hijos eran muy pequeños, compramos una pequeña tienda de regalos al por menor. Siendo niños muy creativos e ingeniosos, ¡querían crear artículos artísticos que pudieran vender en nuestra tienda! ¡Comenzaron a hacer joyas usando cuentas del tamaño apropiado para niños y todas sus creaciones se vendieron rápidamente! Pronto, me inspiré totalmente y comencé a hacer joyas con cuentas también. Realmente no tenía un enfoque o dirección al principio.
Un día me di cuenta de que quería crear joyas usando cuentas semipreciosas porque esas piedras preciosas tienen vibraciones energéticas innatas que en realidad pueden ayudar a sanar todo tipo de problemas emocionales, físicos y espirituales. ¡Lo sabía porque había experimentado algunos cambios aparentemente notables al usar diferentes piedras preciosas!
Debido a que siempre quise ser pintor, pero soy un fotógrafo mucho mejor, comencé a tomar fotos del mundo que me rodeaba donde quiera que estuviera. Usaría esas fotos como referencia y crearía mis joyas como una "pintura" o interpretación de mis fotografías. Entonces me di cuenta de que todo lo que estaba viendo, y luego creando, era parte de 1 de 4 elementos. ¡La Tierra, el Cielo, el Agua y el Fuego son los cuatro elementos que contienen esas inspiraciones!
Hacer estas creaciones es terapéutico para mí, pero también, poder compartir las propiedades curativas de las piedras preciosas contigo es una experiencia maravillosa ... para los dos!

Many years ago, when my children were quite young, we bought a little retail gift shop. Being very creative and ingenious kids, they wanted to create artful items that they could sell in our shop! They started making jewelry using kid-appropriately sized beads and all of their creations sold quickly! Soon, I was totally inspired and I began making beaded jewelry too. I didn't really have a focus or direction at first.
One day I realized that I wanted to create jewelry using semi-precious beads becuase those gemstones have innate energetic vibrations that actually can help heal all sorts of emotional, physical and spiritual issues! I knew that because I had experienced some seemingly remarkable changes when wearing different gemstones!
Because I always wanted to be a painter, but I'm a much better photographer, I started to take photos of the world around me where ever I was. I would use those photos as a reference and create my jewelry as a "painting" or interpretation of my photographs. Then I realized that everything I was seeing, and then creating, was a part of 1 of 4 elements. Earth, Sky, Water and Fire are the four elements that hold those inspirations!
Making these creations is therapeutic for me, but also, being able to share the healing properties of the gemstones with you is a wonderful experience.....for both of us!

My current inspirations are the skies, storms, sunsets and sunrises and of course, clouds. My gardens are constantly inspiring me, and photos of water, the beaches of the world, landscapes and animals give me unlimited ideas!
