Because all items in my shop are digital downloads, returns, exchanges, or cancellations aren’t available once your order is completed. That said, if you experience any issues accessing or editing your files, please reach out — I’m always happy to help ensure you receive exactly what you purchased.
How do I download my digital invitation after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, Etsy will email you a download link. You can also access your files anytime under Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. All items are digital downloads — no physical product will be shipped.
