About The Moore Reflexology Method
I didn’t come to this work from theory.
I came to it through experience.
After becoming a reflexologist, I was later diagnosed with chronic pain. It changed how I understood the body completely — not just as something to treat, but something to listen to.
Like many people, I experienced what it feels like when the body is stuck in a constant state of stress:
* A busy, racing mind
* Physical tension that doesn’t switch off
* Feeling overwhelmed, even when nothing looks “wrong”
What I found — through reflexology — was that the body doesn’t need forcing or fixing.
It needs the right signals to feel safe again.
That’s what I now focus on in my work.
The methods I share are based on what I see help, time and time again:
Not long routines or complicated advice, but simple, consistent techniques that support the nervous system and allow the body to reset.
