I'm the owner of Next Chapter Creations and Celebrations — a mother of five and proud grandmother of ten, based in the Stone Mountain, Georgia area.
Family and celebrating life's meaningful moments are at the heart of everything I do. I started this shop because I believe every milestone, every memory, and every loved one deserves to be honored in a personal, heartfelt way.
I create personalized shirts, tumblers, keepsakes, gifts, and memorial items that help you celebrate the people you love and preserve the moments that matter most. I'm also expanding into journals and celebration treats — because there's always another chapter worth savoring.
Everything is made with warmth, creativity, and care. My hope is that when you hold something from my shop, you can feel the love that went into it.

Frequently asked questions
How does payment work?
Full payment is required when you place your order — I don't accept deposits or partial payments. For custom orders, payment in full is required before I share a mockup, and your design must be approved before production begins.
How long until my order ships?
Orders normally ship within 3–7 business days after payment (processing time, not delivery time). For custom orders, production begins after you approve the design — delayed approval may delay shipment, so please review your proof promptly. I ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx within the United States only.
How do candy apples ship?
Candy apples require paid next-day delivery and ship in insulated boxes — please refrigerate upon arrival. Next-day delivery means transit time once shipped, not preparation time. You pay the next-day shipping charge; rates can be higher during the Christmas and holiday season, so the exact charge is confirmed before your order is finalized. I can't guarantee an arrival date beyond what the carrier promises.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes — local pickup in Stone Mountain, Georgia can be arranged by message after ordering. I also offer local delivery via Uber Courier, with arrangements and costs confirmed before booking.
What if my package is missing?
Contact me through Etsy Messages. I'll review the tracking and shipping address and contact the carrier to request an investigation. If tracking shows delivered, please check around the delivery location and with household members or building staff while I follow up with the carrier. I'll review the findings and work with you on next steps through Etsy.
What is your return policy?
Because items are personalized and made to order, I consider returns only for major problems (damaged, defective, or significantly not as described). Contact me through Etsy Messages as soon as possible — preferably within 5–7 days of delivery — with details and photos; for food items, please reach out promptly upon arrival. I don't accept physical returns of candy apples or popcorn: photograph and report any problem before discarding the item. I review each case individually, with replacement as my preferred resolution.
Can I cancel my order?
I can't cancel T-shirt or DTF orders once placed, or other orders once I've started working on them. Message me right away if you need a change and I'll do my best if production hasn't begun.
