To keep our shop welcoming and focused on creativity, PopStickerMerch does not produce or distribute designs that include:

• Current social issues or divisive topics
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material
• Explicit, violent, or graphic imagery
• Content that promotes harm, threats, or intimidation
• Designs that infringe on copyrights or trademarks

We reserve the right to decline any custom order that falls within these topics.

Because every screen is a little different and color is a diva. We do our best to make our product photos accurate, but lighting, screens, and magic may slightly shift how it looks in person. TL;DR: it'll still look awesome.

We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality products. We don’t settle for meh. We only roll with top-shelf sticker magic that makes your inner collector scream "Yasss!"All sales are final (we’re a small biz, not Amazon), but if there’s something wrong with your order or it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement. We’re cool like that.

Ugh, we feel you. Here’s the deal: we ship small sticker orders (less than $35) with free USPS First Class Mail, which doesn't include tracking (because we’re trying to keep things affordable for everyone). For untracked orders under $35, contact us if you have not received your item and it has been 10 days since your received your e-mailed shipping notice.

For tracked orders over $35, sometimes the post office gets a little too enthusiastic and marks it as “delivered” a day or two early, especially for mailbox deliveries. Give it up to 7 days after the marked delivery date. In the meantime, check with neighbors, behind planters, under mail stacks, or with your local post office (trust us, packages love to hide).
