As we discussed, we are unable to provide you with a refund due to personalization and you taking the bandana apart to adjust it for your installation of elastic. Threats of a poor review and numerous mean messages is considered being a bully, and that is not something we encourage. we hope you and your pup have an excellent fun filled day at the doggie park.
