Custom order turnaround time is generally 2-3 weeks from checkout to shipping day. Occasionally a custom request requires more time, particularly when sourcing minerals from international miners, which I will inform you of during our pre-order convo if applicable.

Please handle your handmade jewelry with care; avoid dropping it or inflicting heavy trauma or stress. While copper is sturdy enough for daily wear, it is a softer metal and can be misshapen under stress. Crystals and gemstones, especially raw, also need to be treated kindly. Avoid submersion in water and direct exposure to lotions, oils, perfumes, and harsh cleaners. These can permanently discolor some stones or tarnish the copper. To clean your jewelry, simply buff gently with a soft cloth to remove perspiration and oils. Some people experience temporary discoloration of the skin when wearing copper jewelry, especially on the fingers and the back of the neck. This is simply oxidation and can be washed off with soap and warm water.

All of my items are lovingly and carefully wrapped in gift-giving condition. I include information and care sheets, and a business card.

At this time, I work exclusively with copper, including all electroformed pieces, chains, and hook-and-eye clasps. I do not offer silver or gold plating over my copper pieces.

The crystals I use are hand-picked and inspected by me personally before I put them into jewelry. As they are natural treasures from the earth, some inclusions, fractures, pitting, mineral deposits, and other irregularities are very common. It is my belief that these imperfections add to the mystery and charm of these creations - just like us, they are flawed.

Flashes of light in stones such as Opal, Rainbow Obsidian, Rainbow Moonstone, Labradorite are often best observed from a certain angle or in certain light; however, I do work to orient my stones so that they will shine their brightest.

I occasionally work with stones with Aura coatings, and very rarely with heat treated stones. Any treatments that alter the natural appearance of the stone's color are disclosed to the best of my knowledge.

Your bottle jewelry requires special care! It is a work of art. Please do not submerge it, wear it in the shower, hot tubs, pools or the ocean. Do not allow it to freeze or be left in the sun. While it is sealed with an epoxy resin with a PSI rating of 4400, the glass is not rated and may still break under extreme pressure. Protect it from heavy blows against hard objects, or drops on hard surfaces.

Ready-to-ship items are packaged and taken to the US Post Office for mailing 1-2 business days after you place your order. I do not ship on Saturdays. Orders typically arrive within 7 business days to continental US addresses with First Class shipping!

You may request a hold on any single item. I will mark it as "Reserved" and keep it for you for 7 calendar days, with no need for down payment. If after 7 days the item has not been purchased, it will be released from hold and it will become available for anyone to purchase.

You may request a payment plan on a single item over $200, with payoff date negotiated based on item price (no longer than 30 days). A payment plan is secured with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Default on payment results in a refund of any payment over the non-refundable deposit, and the item will be released from hold and made available for anyone to purchase.
