Hello My name is Debbie I am the owner and founder of Debbie’s Design.
I enjoy designing and handcrafting one of a kind women’s hats and beaded jewelry.
I also enjoy finding special materials for my designs in the mountains of North Carolina at antique, thrift, and consignment shops that I incorporate into my designs.
Not having any experience in hat making, I started taking millinery classes and have become very passionate with my endeavor. My favorite line of hats are my felted cloche hats. I use all the millinery, handmade silk flowers, and felting techniques in all my designs.
One of my greatest pleasures is bringing comfort and style to my customers that happen to be recovering cancer patients. They have expressed their pleasure in now have options in head wear they can wear with comfort and confidence.
I'm happy to say that I've been in business almost seven years and every year it continues to grow. I am inspired knowing that my products are beings worn all over the world.
