The purpose of my art is simply to make people smile.
I was introduced to outsider or folk art about 10 years ago at the Fearrington Folk Art Show. The work of Mary "Mama Girl" Onley was my favorite. Mama Girl's art is colorful, lively and happy, and inspired me to create what you see here at The Lizard Factory.
The materials I use are mostly discarded or found items.
