I cannot remember a time when I have not been involved in arts and crafts. I have an associate diploma in ceramics and worked in ceramic sculpture for many years, (about 30 to be precise). I recently decided to change tack and have taken up precious metals, on a much smaller scale, thankfully. I am still studying my new passion, have turned my old kiln shed into a new studio and feel, after just over one year, I am ready to put some of my new work into the marketplace. Because of my long experience and interest in ceramics, I am also interested in the relatively new technique of 'pmc' (precious metal clay) and love the ability to make more deeply textured jewelry using this method. As yet I have not made many peices using this material, but am keen to do so. I hope that you like my shop and my work and I would be happy to hear any comments. I have a facebook page - http://www.facebook.com/pages/etese and a blog - http://etese1.blogspot.com.au - if you'd like to see other things I do.
