Mostly Art was the name of our brick and mortar art and gift shop in Denver. I began selling art from the store online in July of 1999. Things change and evolve over time, and about 6 years ago I started selling my own work exclusively.
I started making miniatures and ornaments in ceramic clay back in the last century (doesn't that sound funny to say? more precise, back in the late 80s early 90s) I also worked with polymer clays for jewelry items back then. I dabbled with sculpting in polymer clay (artdolls and fairies) before switching back to ceramic about 5-6 years ago.
Fast forward to today... I have been enjoying working in one inch scale for collectors. My favorite medium is earthenware ceramic with a bit of porcelain thrown in. I've also been making miniature flowers/floral, and have just begun learning to sew in one inch scale for dollhouse dolls.
PrincessOzma started out as the shop for my Art Dolls and Fairies. As I began turning to the ceramic clay more and more often for making miniatures, I moved the remaining dolls to Mostly Art, and have just recently made the PrincessOzma shop for Vintage and Supplies.
