SHIPPING WITHIN THE US

Pick-up services not currently available. Allow 1 to 7 business days for transit. Most packages will be shipped with USPS as First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise during checkout. If you think you need to expedite shipping, and this option is not available during checkout for a specific product you are trying to purchase, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, and we will give you a quote for faster shipping methods.

SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, US TERRITORIES & PROTECTORATES

Domestic shipping rates are only valid in the continental US. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories and protectorates might require additional shipping costs. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territories and Protectorates, please contact us and let us know product you are interested in, quantity needed, colors wanted, your zip code, and when you need them by, prior to purchase and we will send you a shipping add-on (if needed) with the correct shipping fee. If your order is placed without first contacting us, you might receive a link for price adjustment before your order is sent to production.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Rates differ per location and will update on checkout once address is entered. Please note that we are only allowed to set flat shipping fees for products that offer bulk quantity options, therefore depending on your location within your country, additional shipping costs might be required. If this is the case, we will inform you before starting production. If at that point you decide to cancel your order, we will fully refund you for your purchase. If you would like a quote prior to ordering, contact us with product wanted, quantity need, and your shipping address (including postal code). Allow 2 to 8 weeks for transit depending on location and customs policies in your country.

TRACKING NUMBERS FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US

Tracking numbers provided; however, delivery progress might not be available on the USPS website once package leaves the United States. If you would like to have your package shipped via UPS instead so you can track it all the way to your door, please send us a message with product wanted, quantity needed, and your shipping address (including postal code) so we can send you a quote.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES AND ADDITIONAL TAXES

Importing customs fees, duties, and any additional taxes associated with your purchase upon arrival, are not included in product or shipping prices offered to you here. If it applies to your order, you might receive a separate bill upon your package arriving in your country. Importing fees vary by country and merchandise, therefore we cannot calculate this beforehand. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country if you would like more information.

CURRENT DELIVERY DELAYS

Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, postal carriers are currently experiencing delays, and package delivery times may be extended. If your tracking number has failed to update delivery progress for over a week, or your package is shown as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will help you track it and/or file a claim in your behalf to help you locate it. Please understand that we are not to be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. On our end, we will do everything in our power to make sure you receive your goods in a timely manner. If your package is considered lost by postal carrier, we will either replace items or refund you for your purchase.

Rush production time: 1-10 business days depending on production volume and date needed by, given your digital mockup has been approved.

We are not to be held responsible for production delays due to delays in digital mockup approval. Please note that we cannot send your items to production until your mockup is approved.

Rush production times are based on business days. Neither production nor postal services operate during weekends and/or holidays.

We never received our koozie order for our wedding. Customer service was basically non existent. I messaged the seller multiple times and never heard back from them. We are so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend ordering from this seller based on our experience

I'm really disappointed as I've ordered from this store before and the koozies were perfect, but I ordered another batch for my brother's wedding that I ordered in January were supposed to ship by March 18th and never shipped. The wedding is this week and I can't get ahold of anyone. When I opened a case with Etsy, they just cancelled and refunded the order... I know the shop is catching up, but it's unacceptable that I haven't gotten a response on an order that was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago. Posting this in hopes that the shop sees this and we can rectify the order and revise this review - so sad!
