1. Scope of Application
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "AGB") apply to all contracts between the client (consumer or company) and the contractor "Crin and Jean" - represented by: Janine Bender, Moritzstraße 14, 47803 Krefeld, Germany. These terms and conditions also apply to online orders.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (see § 13 BGB).
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The contract between the client and Crin and Jean is concluded in electronic commerce (telephone, email, order form, online shop).
(2) The contract is concluded with Crin and Jean:

(3) The presentation of the goods constitutes a non-binding invitation for the consumer to order goods. It is not a legally binding offer on our part. If an order is placed, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude the contract.
(4) The products can initially be placed in the shopping cart without obligation. By clicking the "Submit Order" button, a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart is placed. The client will initially receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of the order. Before the order becomes binding, the consumer can return to the page where the customer data is entered by using the back function of their browser to correct input errors. Once the order has been completed, a confirmation email will be sent, concluding the purchase contract.
3. Retention of Title
The products manufactured by the contractor remain the property of Crin and Jean until full payment is made.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
The prices stated in the online shop are final prices and are exempt from sales tax in accordance with § 19 para. 1 UStG (small business regulation). In addition to the final prices, additional costs may apply depending on the shipping method, which will be communicated to the client before the order is dispatched.
5. Payment Terms
Various payment options are available to the client as indicated in the Crin and Jean online shop: credit and debit card payments with Wix, PayPal, SOFORT, advance payment by direct bank transfer. Once the amount has been received in the specified account, the order will be processed.
6. Delivery Conditions
(1) The products will be dispatched promptly after production. Shipping typically takes place within 7-10 working days. The standard delivery time in Germany is approximately 2 working days. Shipping times may vary in other countries.
(2) Shipping is done via Deutsche Post/DHL. After the package is handed over to the parcel shop, the client will receive a tracking number. The client will be informed about possible delays.
(3) Products are regularly delivered to the shipping address provided by the client. The delivery address provided by the client in the purchase process is decisive for the transaction.
(4) If the transport company returns the dispatched goods to the seller because delivery to the client was not possible, the client bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipping.
7. Revocation Instruction
(1) You have the right to revoke the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day you took possession of the products. Exceptions to this are personalized products. These products are excluded from exchange according to § 312d para. 4 No. 1 BGB, as they were manufactured according to customer specifications and are economically worthless for Crin and Jean after production, as sales are impossible due to the customer specification and thus individual production.
(2) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Crin and Jean:

of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement.
(3) Once we receive your revocation, we undertake to refund all payments received, including shipping costs, within fourteen days (except for costs that exceed our standard shipping). The fourteen-day refund period begins on the day the revocation letter is received by us. The method of payment for the refund is identical to the one used for the original payment. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until the goods have been returned to us. By exercising the right of withdrawal, you undertake to return the goods within fourteen days from the day you informed us of your intention. If the goods are dispatched before the deadline expires, this condition is considered fulfilled. You are responsible for the immediate costs of returning the goods.
8. Warranty and Liability
The legal regulations regarding warranty apply.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Further Provisions
The contract is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the contract including the above General Terms and Conditions or parts thereof be or become invalid or should the contract contain gaps, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. In place of the invalid provision, the parties shall agree on the valid provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision, and in the case of gaps, the provision that corresponds to what would have been agreed upon in consideration of the purpose of the contract, including the General Terms and Conditions, if this matter had been considered from the outset.
