I do not use any chemicals or inks in the production, only the natural effect of the laser marking of the steel. Engraved spoons with custom text or logo are a great and functional gift for any occasion. Your text or logo will be precisely permanently laser marked. Please do not wash in the dishwasher, this may damage your spoon. Just wash carefully by hand and dry the spoon.

INTERNATIONAL: I use international standard shipping method. Items usually arrive to the US within 2-3 weeks of shipping but please allow up to 4 weeks. Items usually arrive to mainland Europe in 1 week or less. Please understand that once I have posted an item I have no control over the postal service. The engraving on the glasses is permanent and will not wash off or disappear over time, washing in the dishwasher can damage the surface and shine of the glasses, but will not affect the engraving.

Washing the cutlery in a dishwasher is not recommended as abrasives and detergents can damage the engraving or shine. Please wash the cutlery by hand and dry it with a towel before putting it away, this will keep it shiny for a long time.

The approximate delivery time is mentioned in each order and varies according to the destination and the operation of the postal companies. Please note that if you are not at the address at the time of delivery or there is no one to accept the parcel, the postmen leave a notice of visit, if after a second delivery attempt is again unsuccessful, the parcel is returned to your local post office until requested and you can collect it in person within 7 days, after which the package will be returned to the sender. Once the shipment is returned to me, I will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Re-send postage is the responsibility of the recipient.
