After a surf trip in 2009 I wanted to pin all the places I have surfed. Sadly all the world maps I could find made that look boring. So I had the idea of making my own world map. I found Lars who illustrated the map and with my ideas and research and his magic we created the Surftrip Map. Our first map ever.

The Surftrip Map shows 1000 of the best surf spots in hand illustrated glory. From the absolute main surf spots in California, Australia, Hawaii and Europe there are also discoveries to be made in places like Canada, Oman, Senegal and many many more. Earth is pretty awesome.

Additional icons show information the water temperature, risk of shark attacks, type and difficulty of wave and much more.

The map is great to pin where you have been or where you want to go. To reminisce about past adventures and adventures yet to come.

It's printed in Berlin, Germany (and shipped from Berlin but also from Utah, USA for North American orders). We use really heavy and great paper with a silky smooth coating (that is still re-writable with a sharpie).
