I am always happy to make unique items in colours or styles of your choosing (custom orders during busy periods may not be available)
Please understand that if I make an item to your specification, you must pay for the item in full at the time of order. After you have purchased your listing I will email to discuss your colour options, I will then provide a “paint sample” with the colours I feel would work. I will not discuss colours in full until the listing has been paid for.

All of my items are lovingly painted using water based chalk paint. This paint WILL chip if played with, dropped etc. I will not replace any items with "chipped paint" unless it is received chipped on arrival. My items are for decorative use ONLY and are NOT toys. The paint I use will not peel, as it is a chalk paint. Therefore I will not refund/replace items weeks after they have arrived due to "chips" in the paint.
However if there are any problems with your item on delivery please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. This must be done within 48 hours. I do try and package items as well as possible but sometimes they get knocked about in transit and accidents happen. I will happily sort out
any problems if there is damage.
