HOW TO USE
Can be used heated, cooled or just as is,

USING HEATED: Place the eye pillow flat in the microwave, make sure that the Lupins are evenly distributed and heat in 20sec intervals

**Warning: Do not overheat and only use warm over the eyes**

USING COOL: Place eye pillow in a plastic bag before storing in the freezer ready for use. (remove plastic bag before use)

Recline back and place over your eyes moulding the shape to block out light.
