Can I customize a day of wedding card?

We currently print our cards in bulk and keep them in stock and ready to ship. Because of this we do not offer custom cards. We do offer some general options for titles we do not currently offer!

When will my order ship?

Processing times are shown in the description of each listing, generally cards ship in 1-6 business days but please check the specific items listing in the description or the bottom right for estimated arrival!

Can you rush my order?

To rush your order please add on an express processing option if available (link in description of product) and/or upgrade your shipping at checkout. We will not bump your order to the front because you request it in the notes at checkout.

What is the best way to order multiple cards?

Simply add each style + quantity you would like to your cart, once they are all there you cna checkout one time for bathing to ship together!

All of our packages are shipped with USPS. We reserve the right to change your shipping carrier to get your package to you faster if needed. In this case we will never lessen the value of the shipping speed to selected at checkout. We will mail your package to the address entered at checkout. We cannot change the address once the order is placed so please double check this information prior to placing your order. Any package that arrives back to our shop due to "insufficient address", "wrong address" or for any reason will be subject to a reship fee paid by the customer. In some cases we will break up your order into multiple packages to avoid any delays.

All items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Claims for damaged, missing or wrong items must be submitted within 5 business days from the day your order is marked delivered. Any items affected will be reshipped and replaced. Please make sure to keep proof of any package damage in order to file a claim. Items that are still marked in transit or delayed will not be resent until there has been no movement for 14+ business days and can be deemed "lost"

I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address, can you reship it to a new address?

Unfortunately we cannot ship a new package free of charge. If your original package is rejected and mailed back to us we can resend it upon payment of a reship fee. If we do not receive it back you will need to place a new order to the proper address.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders after they are placed. This is because we immediately start processing orders once they come in. In most cases they have passed through to production already or have been packaged prior to you receiving a shipping notification. The only time we can cancel an order is if it has not shipped within our shown timeframes.

What are your shipping speeds?

After processing occurs shipping speeds are as follows Standard 2-6 business days Priority 1-4 Business days (avg. 2) Express 1-2 Business days (avg. 1)
